Snapped power cable

Hi, I received the equipment for our new sky broadband a few days ago and have just opened the box to set it up. The power cable was found damaged and unusable. Please could you send out a replacement asap? As we are unable to connect our broadband.

@Andy354 You are not contacting sky by posting on the Forum, you need to call them report it faulty and have them deal with your request, there is NO other way to do it quickly...
