Slower internet since up grade

We have recently had an upgrade to full fibre 100, but my internet is so much slower, speed checked on sky it's says 109 on other site I have download speed 2.14Mbs, upload0.00mbs surely this can not be right .?

It absolutely matters.  'Testing' using a wireless device is literally just testing the local WiFi, not speed delivered to the router (which is what's actually 'guaranteed'.

 

All WiFi is zero Mbs on the other side of a few walls.
