Slow wifi

The Wi-Fi only works properly when I am very close to the router. In all other rooms of the house, the signal is very weak or doesn't work at all. I have Sky Full Fibre 500, so I would expect a much stronger and more stable Wi-Fi connection throughout my home. Could you please check if there is an issue with my router or line and help resolve it?

We're only other customers here, like yourself. Speed to the hub doesn't affect WiFi range at all.

Have a look at the following to see if they can resolve your problem easily, you can also use the MySky app. If not you may need to consider either the Sky WiFi Max add-on package or perhaps purchasing a 3rd party mesh system (which remains yours regardless of ISP used).
