Slow wifi

I was previously with bt on same package but have swapped to sky and my WiFi is really slow and doesn't connect in some rooms

The Sky hub and BT hub are not the same so variances in range & speed can happen. If you have weak spots in your home you can request boosters from Sky providing you have the WiFi max addon.
