Slow wifi

Hu I've been having problems with my wifi for about a week now. Ping is jumping about on average 300-400 and I'm getting only about 5 megabytes download. When I did the phone test it said there was an issue with the home WiFi set up but the internet tester thing is saying there's no problems.
