Slow wifi

Ice recently switched from BT to Sky, but upto now the service has not been that good. We are struggling to watch a film on Netflix because it just keeps buffering. Making video calls the Internet temporarily drops out and it's always blurry. It's not the position of the router because it's in the same place as our old BT one which worked very well.
