Slow wifi

We've just upgraded to what's suppose ro b a really fast wifi but still isn't any better, in fact it's actually worse. Doin simple things like playing online games on the ps5 is slow and jumps alot. Surely this shouldn't b hapnin after an upgrade

We are also finding the same issue. Upgraded to fibre thinking and being sold it would be better but its actually slower!

We've just upgraded to the ultrafast 1, it's definitely not ultra fast. Just been problem after problem with no fixes, sky engineers fittes the box next to the windowsill then when we phoned sky they said it shouldn't be near a window sill, surely the engineers should've known that. But even yho we moved it it's still slow actually puts me off doing anything now
