The wifi is very inconsistent. Even at its best, it is at about 30 mps but I have done tests (Ookla speed test) where it has been 1 mps download speed. We are supposed to be guaranteed 43 mps but this is hardly ever the case. This is not what we have paid for. Please could you fix this issue.

That would be the Guaranteed Minimum Download Speed delivered over cabling to the Hub. Speed over WiFi from the Hub to client devices is not covered by that guarantee, and will always be lower.
