Slow wifi since 02 Apr

connection dropped to 0.2MB/s since yesterday and can barely do anything

Tried unplugging, restarting using WPS button but nothing works

 

Was just on the phone with Sky help but got disconnected when I lost connection (as I have to rely on wifi calling). He was saying that everything looks fine except for the speed and was going to order a new router.
