Slow wifi connection (fluctuating from 2-30mbps)

I have got the sky fibre broadband which is supposed to be 300mbps but is not nearly running that much! This is ridiculous as i've payed for that and im getting a tenth of that.

300Mbs would be speed over optical cable to the ONT and then ethernet to the Hub, not WiFi from the Hub to client devices.
