Slow wi-fi connection

I have just rang sky and they said there was a fault with our home setup. I've performed the tests they suggested and they say everything is OK. However our mobiles have little or extremely slow connections for the past week

@robjan Have you tried switching everything off, the sky Hub and the Mobile devices, 5 minutes should be enough time! You have supplied no usefull information for anyone to do anything with!
