Slow/weak broadband signal
My tv keeps freezing then a message appears saying weak/slow signal. Sometimes when I'm home using WiFi I can't connect when I'm calling someone or it cuts out while I'm on a call. When I stream tv the picture stutters. I check my broadband on the Sky Checker and I either can't connect because the speed has dropped so low or it says that everything is fine! This is happening more and more.
Also if I'm outside my front door, even when my phone says I have 4G, I can't make a call or access the internet. I'm reasonably tech savvy and I've tried all the suggestions on Sky Help and the internet. Nothing has fixed this and I'm stuck with it till my contract ends on 24th January. Getting so fed up paying for an intermittent service.
