experiencing very slow uploading speeds all of a sudden, about an hour ago it was as low as 0.61. No issues previously and nothing has changed. Gone through all the troubleshooting and still issues. It's effecting being about to work and I just want to speak to someone on the phone to get it fixed ASAP.
