Slow speeds

It's now the second day that our home internet does not exceed 50mbps on a 500mbps contract. I restarted the wall unit, the Sky Hub, I even tried connecting the ethernet to a spare router I had lying at home to no avail. Everything leads to the same issue, speeds rarely exceeding 50-60mbps. This is not what we're paying for, we were told we'd have 400 guaranteed, yet ever since we had it installed it only worked perfectly for the first two days. I tried speedtests standing right next to the router, I tried the service checker which surprisingly is saying absolutely no issues at all. I'm out of ideas.

Showing no issues however speed test shows less than 20mbps which is considerably lower than the 150+ we are paying for

It keeps saying everything's alright when it isn't 😕 had to speak to an agent to book an engineer... not a good impression of Sky so far
