Re: Slow speed
@DennisBriggs hoexare measuring speed? If it is on a device connected by WiFi you are measuring the speed of gge connection berween the hub and the device nit your new broadband service. To measure that you would have to usexa device connected directly by Ethernet cable. Sky saces you the trouble by testing thecspeed daily you can see the results in tge Servive Checker in the Ny Skybapp.
In practice 180Mb/s is amole for most tasks but WiFi spedds depend on the layout of your home and how it is built. Older homes with solid internal walls are a problem. The fastest speddsxwill be in thecroom the hub is assuming it is out in the open on a surface not tucked in a corner on the floor. Speedsxwill inevitabky drop as you mave to different rooms. To get 900Mb/s in every room is going to cost quite a lot but isxalmost certainly unecesssary as most apps cannot use 100Mb/s let alone more.
