Hi, the speed of our broadband is in single figures at times around our house.

although I'm still in contract, can this be cancelled as I need to go to a faster WiFi

The Sky Speed Guarantee has a clause regarding cancellation within a minimum term if the Guaranteed Minimum Download Speed cannot be delivered.

Note that this is different to the various WiFi 'Guarantees' which aren't really any such thing.
