Slow sky broadband

About 3 weeks ago two sky engineers came to my house to update my equipment. I was assured a speedier service. 

this is not the case. 

 

when I open an email with an attachment, I have to press a button which says "load content directly".  This did not happen before.

 

various websites are very slow to open, and sometimes they will not open fully. 


photographs are slow to open. 

I seem unable to remove emails from all my Apple devices at once.   However if I delete a photograph from my iphone,, iPad or iMac they go from everywhere. 

I rang Apple to ask about the above problems as I thought it may be a problem with their equipment  but was assured this was not the case and was told to contact you. 

 

I do hope you can help me sort this out.

It is Apples fault, they have a feature on iPhones/iPads called Mail Privacy & iCloud relay which routes your connections through them, the Sky hub doesnt expect this and blocks it becuase of Sky Shield so you can either disable the Apple services or disable Sky Shield.
