Slow or no broadband

I've run the tests on the sky app and they are saying connection fine, which is untrue. My broadband keeps going off. I can't use my sky tv or ring doorbells. I've had issues the last 3-4 days.

I'm having the same issue. Also I can never do video calls for work on my laptop because of poor service. Have 150 speed which should work throughout the house.
