Slow/not working WIFI

Hello, for the last 4 days our WiFi has been very temperamental, either completely not working or extremely slow. This has caused issues with us being able to work from home. I have tried the steps as advised on the website but it is still not working. Please can you support Kind regards Charlotte

@Wilford24 Working from home does nothing, if you are having issues then call sky, have them send an Engineer after they test from there end and that is required should they find a fault!
