Can you please advise what is happening with your broadband, ive bearly a connection and picture is awful , is there an issue with it who can i contact about this immediately , all your phone numbers no longer work, can i talk to a person about this

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@LK+please+help+me you are not talking to Sky by posting in thecforum. Dialling 150 on your Sky Talk line gives you a free call and you can find multiple 03 numbers for Sky if you search online but be prepared for a wait.
You czn test your broadband connection quickly by using the test in the My Sky app which works over a mobile connection that can book an engineer if it identifies a fault.
