Slow loading a film

Test speeds onyl 71/21 and film keeps stopping to load.
How to fix please?

@wrenwren12 are those speeds measured on the device you are using to watch the movie? If so it sounds like an issue with the title which can happen and other titles stream properly. You need a steady 25Mb/s to stream a movie in UHD.

However by far the most common issue is a poor WiFi signal to the device. If you have Netflix run the useful network test in the get help,menu of their app. Slow or unstable WiFi is the most common cause of buffering while rebooting the hub can help it is often temporary. Inmany homes you needcadditional WiFi sources

Yes those are the speeds measured on my laptop with Sky through a fibre connection [then wifi within my flat]. 

The auto definition level on playing films drops to very low when I have problems so it must be sensing a poor connection?

Some people seem to have much higher speeds?

Is the Internet in the whole of North Wales overloaded?

A cheap option to try might be a plug in WiFi USB dongle for the laptop, there's various sizes although I'd try one of the cheap ones with a stick aerial on it.

The mobile network is very poor here especially inside and that is why I had to resort to cable.
