@Ethan121 you can check the last check of the speed of the connection from Sky to the hub to the hub by using the Service Checker in the My Sky app. If you click on the result you will get a screen showing the hidtory for the last month. If the speed is below the minimum for your line the app should offer help.
Assuming ghat is OK the problem is in your home it coukd simply be flaky connection between the hub and the PS or alternatively the lag is being caused by multiple users connecting at the sametime as you are playing fortnite. WiFi is never tge best connection for game play so if possible use ethernet or if not consider buying a powerline networking kit tgat uses the mains wiring to carrry the data. If you want tobstick with wifi then getting an extender might help.
