Slow internet.

I recently upgraded to full fibre 500. I was previously on a standard broadband package getting speeds of 30-50mbs.

 

The first few weeks of upgrading speed on devices was c.480-600mbs. Over the lady month speed has dropped dramatically to 30-45mbs.

 

I've followed the help advice in the automatic chat including resetting my hub. 

My online account is saying that the hub receives c.450mbs. But on devices it is only getting much lower.

 

Since upgrading we have not added more devices to the network or moved the router. The service has just got worse.
