Slow internet

The speed checks show our wifi is fine but we can't even watch netflix it is so slow and keeps paying every few seconds.

Yes not sure how this works please escalate. Have only recently switched over and worked fine before

Hi yes I still need help my wify is slow in my back rooms I have even moved router closer rest it and still no difrent and it even stutters up stairs in my back bedroom
