Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Maddie86 if the connection speed is correct there could be other issues. If it is a new install check that the setting for Broadband Shield is correct as by default it is set to filter traffic like social nnetworking apps. Thecsetting is in the My Sky app under product options.
