Slow internet on my iPhone

My sky broadband is extremely slow on my iPhone 16. I have to often switch to 4G just to allow messages from social media to come through.

my speed tests and other app tests suggest my connection is good, but this is significantly more week compared to when I first took out the package.

any ideas?
