Pages on multiple browsers are not load fully or at all.
YouTube videos keep buffering every few minutes on 144p!
Sky is saying all is fine, but it clearly isn't. Everything was perfectly fine until yesterday evening.
I have reset my router, unplugged it twice, cleared my cache and cookies, browsing history and nothing works.
Clearly this is an issue with Sky and they aren't acknowledging that they have an issue.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@KatLC actually it is more likely thst there is an issue in your home or on the line from thecexchange to your home than an issue at Sky's end. Try running a speedtest on a device and if you have a black Sky hub posting the result with a screenshot of your hub's connection stats see Find your Sky Broadband router statistics
