Slow connection
I upgraded my plan with NOW to NOW powered my sky fibre broadband to get faster speed as my son was always complaining of his PlayStation lagging when playing fifa.
But now I find it's even worse than before, I always have to disconnect from Wi-Fi for my phone to use the interent as it never loads, my sons PlayStation lags even worse than it did before. I am really not happy that I am paying double the amount I was before but it's a lot worse than it was before. Is there anything you can do please? If it cannot be improved I do not want to continue with the contract, I shouldn't have to pay for something I was told would make it better when it's made it ten times worse! I'd rather go back to paying half the amount and it working better. I will not be paying out the rest of contract as this is not my fault that I was promised it would improve my service and it hasn't!
