Slow broadband

Today the engineer set up my new broadband. I moved from virgin to sky but is slower then virgin. This isn't what I wanted

Which Sky broadband product did you order?

 

Sky FTTC cannot offer anything like the speed Virgin has over its private coaxial cable network.
