Slow broadband

Hi all I've run a check using skys test it reads 75MBS

But when I use the Broardbans Speed checker site it reads 

Ping. 3953

Down. 0.16 mbs

Up   0.07 mbs

Why is it so slow today can anyone help please

The ping and slow download and upload suggests something else is using the bandwidth

 

Could you access your router stats and wait 10seconds before posting
