Slow broadband waiting to load

At present I only have two devices running on the  router, very often both devices have the loading circle on the screen.

the router is in one corner of the house ( whitch when installed we were told that we wouldn't have a problem with it being their, although I wanted it installed in the hall way central to the house.)

I have completed a WiFi test with no apparent fault's. My contract runs out in February and I'm seriously considering changing providers. Apart from wanting more money off me for an upgrade, can anything be done to improve this slowness.

@Dpmscan If you can start by saying what your to devices are and by the sound of it they are both wireless wi-fi connected, then take a look at the link and say which sky hub you have, also distance from both to the hub itself and any obstructions in there way walls floor/ceiling, the sky speed or package would be useful to know. Central location is good, but more important is what/where the hub is best needed for connection, then the rest becomes what is needed to get the required result...
