Slow broadband speeds
Since having sky broadband back in the beginning of June we are suffering with slow internet connection and lost connection whilst gaming which is very frustrating for us and our family we have done all the checks suggested we didn't have any issues with our internet service before coming back to sky

Is this via wifi? Gaming (either PC or console always benefits from a wired connection or at least a solid mesh system (and not rely on any ISP supplied hub).
