Slow broadband speeds

I had fibre installed in my new home last Thursday and the speed is no where near what the guaranteed download speed should be.

Ive checked the MySky app and its stating the connection is poor and its never been above 90.

can you confirm I should be receiving the full fibre speeds and if so, what needs to happen to resolve this.

@StephenMallam Posting on the Forum you are not contacting sky, just customers like yourself trying to assist, as you do not say what speed package you have then just linked for you what speed's are all about.
