These are my stats. My speed is showing as very slow for the last week or so. I've done all the checks and connections are fine.

39999 inbound is typically indicative of artificial line capping, and at only 800kbps outbound you've got next to no upload speed, which won't help at all: that should before like 10000 even with a capped connection.

@TimmyBGood Thanks for the reply. How do I go about getting it fixed? I'll try and get hold of Sky. I'v already had an engineer out in the last couple of months as there was a fault on the line.

I'd suggest the fault is still there.  If they quibble, you should emphasis that an FTTC outbound speed of only 800Kbs is essentially unusable
