Slow broadband for last few weeks

Tested my broadband regularly over last few weeks and getting around 60 download instead of 400 promised

@WackUK  What device are you using to measure the speed with and how is it connected to your network?

Sorry I didn't mean to write on here, thought I was starting a chat with Sky through the app. 

 

Spoke to them on the phone instead and they're resolving the issue.
