Hello,
I hope someone can give me some advice.
I have a Sky Q Hub
I've got Sky broadband and it was working fine and then it wasn't.
Sky sent out an engineer and fixed the problem. He also, as a precaution, ordered a replacement router.
This router is the same model as my old one.
I've haven't installed the replacement router.
My broadband is worrking fine.
Should use the replacement or should I continue using the old machine - on the basis that if it's not broke don't fix it?
Any advice would be very much appreciated

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@PatD007 If the broadband is working as it should now. Just keep hold of the other router just in case Sky turn around and ask for the first one back. Then you can explain to them that the replacement is not needed now.
Good to have a backup just in case the first one does die.
