Slow broadband connection

We have been having very slow internet connection.

The speed on speed check sites is fine but the ping time is very long

,The checker on the sky website says all in working ok, but web pages takes up to 30 seconds to load.

We have rebooted the router, and all devices show the same problem 

When we use the phones not the sky WiFi the pages load really fast.

Any thoughts?

Are you able to post your test results?

I'm not sure which results you refer to, but using Ookla the Idle latency in was 35mSec. and dowmload was 435msec

line sped was 45Mbps, which is fine, but Ookla nearly a minute to connect to the server to get this result.

When brousing or accesing other sites is can be nearly a minite before they load, and they often time out.

My neighbour is on Sky the same line type as me and his internet is fine.

That is odd. Have you tried testing when all other devices are disconnected? Perhaps using an ethernet cable?

Unfortunately the laptops and phones don't have ehthernet connections!

All the connected devices show the same problem and there are no more devices connected that there always have been.

happening today, states ok but its that slow will not load websites, and when you work from home, need a good wifif  its getting worse , the amount we pay should not expect these continual faults and slowness
