The wifi was good for the first few days after it was installed, but now it even took time to load a picture when I am right beside the hub. We have to resort to using 5G instead at times.Please investigate.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Lilyy If its only your WiFi thats slow then there isn't anything for Sky to investigate(and posting here wouldn't start that process), Sky would only investigate if the line speed is slow and below the guaranteed speed.
