Slow WiFi

Despite the tests saying WiFi looks good we're experiencing speed issues. My laptop I use for working from home keeps disconnecting, my son's laptop same issue, all the mobile phones struggle even for WhatsApp messages.

Do these issues occur on both devices if you are in the same room as the broadband hub ?
