@GeorgeD123 you are not contacting Sky by oosting in this forum. Slow WiFi is a very common issue as a single Sky hub is often insufficent o provide usable wifi in every room as the layout and type of constrtuction of your home are major factors. That said any Skyy hub should provide 500Mb/s in the same room assuming of course tge hub is out in the open ideally on a surface above obstruction like radiators.
If you are not getting those spedds then run the service checker in the My Sky app which will show the speeds Sky are measuring to your hub
