I have sky superfast 35 but I can only get 20mbps, I have checked the last month and consistently around 20mbps.
If I try and stream anything on WiFi it constantly buffers, what can I do??

'Superfast 35' is the brand name for an 'up to 40Mbs' wholesale FTTC product: it's not a promise of that speed.
Sky should have provided a figure for their Guaranteed Minimum Download Speed.
Putting the address into the BT Wholesale Availability Checker will give the Openreach estimate for that location.

It's the table and the two text lines below it which are most useful.
Remove any personal information (such as the address itself) if you post an image.
