Slow WiFi speeds

Hi all,

For around a week now I've been having lagging issues when streaming things like Netflix for example, and pages online loading slower.

Sky app shows WiFi test getting 151 mbps, however if I do an independent speed test via web/app, I'm getting around 12mbps or less.

sky app also shows connected devices to be good.

Why would devices be getting slow speeds inside the house?

I have tried resetting the hub but still the same.
