I am only getting 14mbps speed on my ps5. The ps is literally 5m away from the router. How is that possible. I am supposed to have minimum of 600mbps download speed as a guarantee.
The guarantee is for the line speed, not the speed you receive over WiFi. If you connect your PS5 via ethernet do your speeds improve? If so the issue is with your WiFi connection, not the broadband connection itself.
