Slow WiFi and drops out

I have tested the Broadband as per the App but it is intermittently slow especially on mobile devices and drops out regularly. What can be the issue? Thanks

Your stats show a good connection with no faults. Your WAN has not dropped either so the line is stable.

I suspect your problem is WiFi congestion, have you looked at Sky's WiFi help guide below?

My wifi is really slow and drops out - above stats
