Slow Tapo Bulbs
Since moving to sky broadband some of my Tapo bulbs react very slow or not at all. Previously on EE every worked perfectly. So annoying, can anyone help please?

Re: Slow Tapo Bulbs
Hi @Malc555
They should all react in some way, when you say very slow, how slow are we talking? The 2.4ghz WiFi space is getting worse and worse these days, even with the best router on the market smart devices running on that frequency may randomly be sluggish or have blips of no connectivity.

Re: Slow Tapo Bulbs
Hi Jamesn123,
Thank you for you reply.
Firstly, I apologise fir not saying its mainly an issue via Alexa app or voice control that I experience the slow response. I've deleted a d reinstated the Tapo Skill but no change. Some of my bulbs react instantly, others can take up to 30 seconds, occasionally even longer. When I had a BT router (or EE these days), every bulb was instantaneous, nothing else has changed except now I moved to a Sky router I've tried updating devices with Alexa but no change. All Tapo plugs are good with instant response. My concern is I vary my lighting when I'm away and wonder if they will stay on continuously. Just wondering if its a common issue, hoping for a simple fix or I'll go down the route of contacting Sky for an engineer, or maybe I shouldn't have left BT/EE. Many thanks.
