Slow Download Speed

On the app it says there's a problem with my WiFi, says the hub is off, but when I run a check it says everything is fine. It says guaranteed download speed of 500mbps but I'm only getting 62.

The 'guarantee' is for speed over optical fibre and ethernet cable as far as the Hub, not WiFi from it.
