Slow / Disconnecting WiFi When Connected to Work VPN

Hi folks, I've been having this issue for a while now where it seems like my broadband just doesn't stay connected when I'm logged on to work through a VPN. I know Sky has some issues with VPN's from what I've read.

 

Does anyone have any tips for fixing this or a way to escalate it to Sky's IT people?

 

For reference I have the Broadband hub and 2 Sky Q Minis to boos signal.  There's never an issue with speed / connection otherwise. My worklaptop works fine in the office connected to the WiFi in work.

@shane0502 If you so beleive that the VPN and sky are at loggerheads with each other, then you can only really have sky take a look at what is going on! Speed is an automatic drop when VPN's are used, some more than others what about your company IT dept?

Sorry, should have mentioned it in the original post but IT are adamant that it's not their issue. Been down that road already and they blamed Sky.

 

I'm contracted for another 12 months so hoping for a fix with Sky rather than having to go elsewhere.

@shane0502 When you get time then you may just have to go with it and call sky support, only thing i can say is never had a vpn issue ever with sky connection, no matter what is read or posted in the Forum! Speed drop yes but that is to be expected and i always Ethernet connected when needed.
