Skymax router not showing on mysky account

Hi all, we have a new skymax router which is up and running for general wifi but we are unable to connect our TV due to security settings. 
36 hours into the new router this should be visible within mksky (sky advised) and I should be able to adjust security settings to allow TV connection (non sky tv services).

Has anyone else had this issue? I'm wondering whether to return the new router and write off as a bad job? It's seriously put me off using Sky 'upgrades' again, I thought it would be connect, reset passwords and off you go.

@Jane951 assume you have tried closing the My Sky app and restarting it so I have escalated your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye onnthe forum as if you miss the message just click the chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.

Thank you so much for the reply. Yes I have tried logging out and back in, plus spoke to sky on Tuesday evening who said it should appear within MySky in 24-36 hours. I just wanted to check there was no other things to try before speaking to sky again this evening.
