SkyPod not connecting
SkyPod does not connect via Wifi no matter where i position it in the house, even in a 3-bar area. Have tried all recommended steps.
Is there a hard reset button?

@APL Don't think there is any physical reset's on a sky Pod! May be worth calling sky to see the pod is attached to the account etc!

Thanks.
I ended up getting a Sky engineer to come in. He managed to connect the old pod
and connect an additional pod to boost the wifi signal. It could not connect via the MySky App without his intervention. I don't know why but he had to rectify it via access to the Sky central database.

@APL Sounds like a double win though, the original needed sky account looked at, and you got additional with the Engineer visit, good Engineer will not miss much or get foxed by it all!
