SkyMax Hub flashing green
Hi all,
I wanted to know if anyone could help. At roughly 11.30pm our internet went down, the router has since been flash green - i've tried unplugging, reinserting all cables and nothing. We use the BT ooenreach micro filter and all lights are on as normal (apart from the alarm one) so i don't understand why it's suddenly gone now and now working. Can anyone help please!

This explains the lights on the hubs:

Try running the line test here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.
